From Tampa, Follow signs to I-275 South toward St. Petersburg. Take exit 2 onto US-41 South
toward Palmetto/Bradenton. (This quick north/south switch is a short-cut – happens very quickly).
Follow US 41 South to Cortez Rd (FL-684 West). Turn Right (west) on Cortez, continue for approximately 8
miles. When you cross over drawbridge, turn Left at the traffic light. Anna Maria Island House is on
the corner of 4th St S and Gulf Drive S, just 2 blocks south of the Palm Tree Traffic Circle at Bridge Street.
From Sarasota/Bradenton
airport, Go north on Tamiami Trail (US 41) to Cortez Rd. Turn
Left (west) on Cortez, continue for approximately 8 miles. When you cross over drawbridge, turn Left at the traffic
light. Anna Maria Island House is on the corner of Fourth Street South and Gulf Drive South.
From I-75, Take exit #217, go west on SR 70 for approximately 11½ miles. Turn
Left (west) on Cortez Rd., cross over drawbridge and turn Left at the traffic light.
Anna Maria Island House is on the corner of Fourth Street South and Gulf
Drive South, two blocks south of the palm tree traffic circle.
