Rates range from $125/night to $149/night with a three-night minimum.
Special summer and autumn rates are also available, as are substantial discounts for weekly and monthly rentals.
Some seasons rent for full weeks and months only. Reservations require a deposit or credit card, full weeks and months must be fully paid 30 days in advance if time allows.
Sales tax will be added and cleaning deposits are required for full weeks and monthly rentals.

Deposits
All rentals require a 25% deposit. The balance is due upon arrival, except monthly rentals which are due one month in advance of arrival.

Cancellations
For nightly and weekly rentals, a 7-day cancellation notice is required for refund, minus a 10% fee. For For monthly rentals (or longer) a 60-day notice is is required for refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Amenities
Furnishings include linens and kitchen amenities.

Florida Sales Taxes
All rentals (under 6 months) are subject to 10.5% tax.

Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Parking
Parking is provided for one vehicle per guest unit. Trailers of any kind and guests of guests are not allowed to park anywhere on the premises due to limited parking availability.
