Rental Guidelines

Our rental guidelines are designed to ensure all of our guests have a wonderful stay.

Arrivals and Departures
Check-in time is 3:00pm. If you anticipate arrival after 6:00pm, please call our office to make arrangements. Checkout time is 10:00am. These times have been chosen in order to guarantee our guests a clean rental and avoid delays. We will work with you to accommodate exceptions whenever possible to help you maximize your vacation time on arrival and departure days, provided you make your requests with us in advance.

Deposits
All rentals require a 25% deposit (excluding Florida taxes) at the time of booking. The balance of daily and weekly rentals including all taxes are due upon arrival. The balance of monthly rentals are due one month in advance of arrival.

Cancellations
For nightly and weekly rentals, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for early departures. For monthly rentals (or longer) a 60-day notice of cancellation is required to refund the deposit minus a 10% processing fee.

Amenities
All units are furnished including linens and kitchen amenities. For your convenience and comfort, you may request additional housekeeping services at your expense.

Florida Sales Taxes
All rentals for a period of less than 6 months are subject to Florida taxes of 10.5%.

Rate Changes
Rates are subject to change without notice.

Parking
Parking is provided for one vehicle per guest unit. Trailers of any kind and guests of guests are not allowed to park anywhere on the premises due to limited parking availability.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST

Pets
We try to accommodate guests who choose to travel with their pets when we can. We do have designated rooms available for those with pets. We will be happy to discuss your particular needs to be certain that both your pet and our other guests will be comfortable. A fully refundable pet deposit of $100 and a one-time cleaning fee of $25.00 per pet are due at check-in time. (We do request a 2 pet limit contingent upon size).

Smoking accommodations
With our comfortable porches which are personal to each unit, we an easily accommodate smokers. We do, however, request that you smoke on the patios and not indoors.
