The property is a Key West style building with six units, all completely individual accommodations, but all set row style under one roof. It's very "traditional Florida-style" - as you see in the pictures.

COTTAGE STYLE SUITES
The cottage style suites (we have 4) are one bedroom, with a queen size bed, one bath, a full kitchen, living room and a nice patio which is personal to each unit. Most of these also have a high quality, queen size, sleeper sofa in the living room.

THE STUDIO
The studio unit has a galley style kitchen, a very small bath, and just one other room which is set up as a small living room with a sleeper sofa. (There is only one studio style unit).

HOTEL STYLE
The hotel style unit (also just one unit of this type) is a single room with a queen size bed and a small sitting area with a dining table and chairs for two, a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. It is suitable for only up to two guests.
